Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers for damaged items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?   

We are currently unable to provide exchanges at this time.
